What you're probably being impressed by is the pointy bar ends (I'm guessing that's what they are, since the photo's not sharp enough to show whether it's a one-piece deal). Anyone with access to equipment can machine something like that if it's not a product already.

(If that's actually a solid piece of aluminum that's been CNC'd at the ends, it's stupid as funck.)
