Not at ALL what you were asking for, but Titec used to make some crazy light bars. I know how much you like light stuff. 118 grams is pretty light, but you have to use BERT's (Bar End Reinforcement Things) if you want to use bar ends (the bar is THAT thin on the ends it will just crush the bar).

I used them in the late 90's and had no problems on an MTB bike. Pretty sure you would be fine if it is for the road.
