I also have the same frame. I paid $0 for it, but it is in pretty rough shape paint-wise. It might be a good thing. The OP's is the fourth 89 paramount that I've seen in that color. I think I might do something different.
I'm glad this post came up. I've been confused about the tubing. All the info I could find said the tubing was SLX, but SLX didn't come oversized. It is clear now.
