The frame is cromo so it should be a mid level frame no?

That stem looks really friggin high though, sure it isn't past minimum insertion?

Looks like a great rider though. The setup is very nice. 600 is good stuff! I have a 600 RD (happens to be for sale ) and it worked really well while I was using it!
