This one just happens to be scrumptious. You should see the butchers expression when I ask for the pork fat trimmings.

+1 Some people have far more serious nutritional problems than worrying about the detrimental effects of putting lard on your bread. Go tell some starving malnourished East African that lard is bad for you. I've seen someone do this.....they look at you like you are a complete idiot.
