Did look fix that problem with the keo or are the cleats still just a piece of hard plastic?
And if anyone is worried about pulling out of the shimanos (Lance and a few other pulled out of theirs during the tour a few years ago and people have been scared of them since), Theo Bos rides them now.
Look Keo cleats just *recently* fixed that. Too bad though, i already switched to the '08 SPD-SL's. Huge, huge improvement over last years model.
For ~ $55 105 SPD-SL's off PBK. You really can't beat that. It's almost cheaper to buy a new set of pedals than to buy replacement cleats for them.
