I don't see anybody really complaining just about punctuation (though I do think the decline of English language skills is a sure sign of doom on the horizon, and worthy of concern). The copy in that listing just reads like a 419 email from Nigeria, and people here are justly sensitive to signs of ebay scams. If you look back through that guy's "feedback left for others," though, you can see that his vocabulary and English skills have actually grown considerably over the years. Also, his most recent transaction was the purchase of a Toyota that he picked up in person in NY. So, I suspect he's just an enterprising, fairly recent immigrant, not a true scammer by my definition.
