Hey, thanks for posting the Cinelli reference, Yes, that is a #3 drop, better reset my memory. The shop for which I worked, had a big selection, we sold quite a few #3 drop stems, usually longer as the acute angle just does not place the bars out much. What I found very interesting back then (1975), Cinelli sent some combinations With the badge! Even back then some permutations were new OLD stock, only a few, grabbed up by the owner's son for the "cool" factor.
