Stock gearing for the NR triple was 52-45-36, but you could make a really slick half-step-plus-granny with 48-45-36 and your 13-15-17-19-21-23 freewheel. I did something similar with a short-age SunTour Cyclone II derailleur on my PKN-10: 48-45-34 / 13-15-17-19-21-23. The gearing worked extremely well, although the chain did hang a bit loose in the (unused and redundant, anyway) 34/13 combination.
