How about a linky to the ad?
The only Kabuki I've had was made of a polished stainless steel main triangle with cast aluminum lugs and a regular steel rear. It had stamped dropouts but had chrome plated half stays and fork. I think it was running 650A rims and had cool factory racks front and rear. It was cheezy but cool at the same time. Lightweight? Hell no! Neat? Definently. I think mine was basically a submariner and was built by Bridgestone and branded a Kabuki. I have seen other Kabuki ads and I think they had a full line of bikes like anyone else at the time. Basically.........I'm saying that without pics or more details.......who knows? Could be gaspipe, could be something else.......Sorry I don't have specific info on your particular model of interest.
