Speaking of, I rode out to libbie yesterday. That was not a very interesting story, but its TRUE.
All I know is that in high school we referred to it as the Waste End. And if you talk to old-timers it starts at Boulevard. But I don't think it really matters or is too interesting for people reading these posts that reside outside of the Greater Richmond Metropolitan Area....at least not as interesting as riding out to Libbie....
