Bah, toe overlap's fine, it means your geometry is goodntight. As long as it isn't too extreme, you just learn to work around it. You learn proper track stands with the wheel turned the same direction as the foot you put forward. Apart from that, the only time that I have any problems is under low speed cornering.

Of course I only have a few inches of overlap.
