i'm a 10.5 and am fit for a Large but i still used Mediums just to give me more maneuvering space with the front tire. i'd say you're a medium.

Wow, that's really crazy... I am buying metal clips today or tomorrow, and was going to ask about size as well, I'm a 10.5 - looks like I'm getting large.

depends on what kind of shoes your ride with too... bigger and chunky you'll need larger clip.

I'm about a size 14 US (48 Euro) and I use large clips. I should really be an extra large, but that size would be long enough to catch my front tire (the large has 0.5mm of clearance). I realize it's not really a big problem, but if you don't want to have to worry about your clips unexpectedly catching your front tire in a turn, you should make sure the clips you're getting aren't too big for your bike.

I wear size 10.5-11 shoes and I wear large clips. They are very snug - great fit.

Bikes: 2 roadies, 7 fixed-gears, 1 hardtail, 1 full suspension mtb, and 1 hybrid...so far.

I just like plain platform pedals. I can maintain a solid 90-100 rpm cadence, with 150+ rpm sprints.

Bikes: Fixie

If you are riding fixed, I'd go with the smallest you can find. I had large but I kept hitting my foot with the front tire. This can be a huge problem. I don't really know that the size of your foot has much to do with it.

Bah, toe overlap's fine, it means your geometry is goodntight. As long as it isn't too extreme, you just learn to work around it. You learn proper track stands with the wheel turned the same direction as the foot you put forward. Apart from that, the only time that I have any problems is under low speed cornering.

Of course I only have a few inches of overlap.

Large, so you can get your snowboots in them in the winter...

does that make my trackstands improper? i always cock to the left regardless of foot forward.

i think ill try mediums, my feet are kinda narrow and i dont wear boots or skater shoes.

Well, it only makes it improper if it's a problem for you, but overlap is very common on track frames. In that case, if you turn toward the backwards foot (i.e., your right is to the back with your left to the front and you turn the bars to the right), you're probably going to run the wheel into your foot or end up stepping on the back of the tire. Neither is particularly conducive to a good stand.

i am trying to practice right cocked trackstands regardless of foot forward since it is hard to do counterclockwise backwards 360s w/o being stable in a right cocked trackstand.

does that make me a fixed-gear nerd?
