I have a pair of BodySpec sunglasses that cost $60. They came with three lenses (clear, amber and black), a headband strap and an insulated insert.
In really cold weather you snap in the insulated insert and put the headband on and they become insulated goggles. Pretty awesome as long as you don't stop moving - they start to fog up if you do.
