I doubt these folks who claim to be able to feel rolling resistance. I will agree that the ride on the Michelin PR2 seems to be a little .. plusher.
But if the specs claim lower rolling resistance, then I I'll buy it.
Edit: I meant "buy" figuratively ..
The only tires I have ever ridden that I consider to be slow are Kenda road tires. I could feel the difference the very first ride I did on them. I don't know what it is but there is a difference. They are comfortable though and I feel that I have pretty decent traction and the flat resistance is fair as well. All around they are nice tires, I just feel slower on them than on other tires that I have ridden.
