Ride your bike to a welding or sheet metal shop,
ask them to burn it off with a torch.
Probably cost $5.
I think that this is the best idea so far, called a welding shop, and gonna bike down there as soon as i get a chance (stupid 9-5 job makes it hard to get to anything before it closes)
