9 or 10 speed Campy for Guerciotti build?

Hi everyone...

I'm trying to decide on whether to get a new 10 speed or (gently) used 9 speed Campy drive train for a '89 Guerciotti frame (my first build & my first newer bike) and would like opinions either way. I'm leaning towards 10 speed but Ive heard that its is more finicky than 9.
