It's not a great deal at $100 - you could do worse, but you could certainly do better. There are several signs of it being a low-end bike; the stamped drops w/no derailleur hanger, the dork disk and suicide levers, the bolt-on rims, the Honor RD.
In my market, I see similar bikes at thrift stores and flea markets for about $25.
On the other hand, it's probably a tough bike with plenty of life in it, and it won't be as fragile as a modern department store bike. I'd guess the size to be around 60-62cm.
i am not in dire need of a bike. i have my FS Fisher that i have had for almost 10 years, but i recently have a new found interest in getting a C&V roadie
