Occasionally my car will take work I can't do such as NY state inspection or new tires mounted and balanced. I'll stick my bike on top. Drive to the garage and ride my bike to work... no I won't be waiting for my car thank you, as I plop my helmet on my head and walk out to grab my bike. Sometimes I get a funny look. I've had to skip a few days this year just because the weather was too severe for example: Too much snow during the night so the plows could not get the roads clear enough, or steady 35+ MPH wind with gusts up to 80 MPH. I try to ride every possible day, but I do have to use a little common sense every so often. I don't like those days and LOVE getting back on my bike the following day. I am not worried about a "perfect attendance badge." As long as I know I've ridden every reasonable day, I feel good.

Happy riding,
André
