another question:

i've tightened the stem down pretty hard, but it seems that i can still move the bar/stem combo left and right in fork tube even though it's tightened. i'm afraid to tighten it more as it's making a squealing noise.

does anyone know a torque value for the stem bolt? is this normal that the stem should move in the fork (albeit with some effort)?
