Hmmm... I haven't had that one. What I do is, once I'm confident the diagnosis is correct, I research my own rehab techniques, and use them along with whatever the physio has provided. Better than have 10 consecutive visits!!
As far as cycling specific physios, or those with stacks of cycling work, I really wouldn't like to recommend anyone. There's a masseur is Mt Waverly (Gary Miritis -- spelling??) who's supposed to be good, but he KILLS YOU!!
I've found (self) massaging the surrounding muscles effective, but it takes a bit to get used to the self inflicted pain.
