It looks to me like you had some rear brake on, and as soon as the slide started, it locked up -- you were pedaling through the corner, and your cranks locked with your inside foot down.

So, I think it all started with the slide on the brick because of light braking pressure, the rear instantly locked, and when you came out of that section, the front wheel hit dry pavement and grabbed, sending you over.
