i am most likely just impatient,
but i ordered a bike on 4/24. i got an e-mail saying it should arrive on 4/30/08
but every time i check the UPS tracking, it says
"Tracking Detail | Help
Billing information has been sent to UPS. Check site later for updated shipment status or contact shipper for more details. "
this is 7 days after it says it was billed/shipped.
I've e-mailed them back, and i am waiting for a reply.
Am i just impatient, and the bike will come eventually?
or is this somewhat shocking, from bikesdirect?
i've never ordered from them before.
I have had packages arrive despite the tracking page never having more info than that on it which must be a UPS tracker update issue...
