Perhaps the OP needs to clarify what he means by harassment. I defined it as behavior just short of criminal behavior. Having objects thrown at you is criminal behavior.

A friend was shot with a paintball gun. The paintball was red. Totally freaked him out because he thought he had been shot with a real bullet and was looking at blood. Another rider was grabbed by the helmet and flung into a ditch. Broke his leg.

These incidents, IMO, do not constitute harassment. They are criminal.
