X2! Today at the park I just ran into a tense situation... There was a petite lady (30's, 140lbs max), and she had a full grown rottweiler (average weight being >90lbs for *****es and males) attached to the leash! I don't care how tamed you think your animal is, if something spooks it, a lot of people will be screwed. I also hate when parents let their little boy / girl walk the dog... *sigh* I love dogs, just not dumb pet owners.
