does the fork have a carbon steerer? I weighed a TCR C3 a while back (exact same frame but I'm unsure about the fork) anyhow the frame was either 1070g or 1170g (can't remember which although I think it was 1170).

But the fork was a real bear, cant remember exactly what it weighed but it was north of 450g. The C3 has an alu steerer though.

As a point of reference, my easton ec90 cut to the same length is 282g!.

However having said all that probably the place where you will most notice the loss of weight os in the wheels, what are you running now?

Actuyally not just wheels but what tires and tubes?
