There are times when I think the way the OP does. It's stupid, really. I feel like other people are going to get recognition for something I do that is so "pure and unappreciated." These feelings don't last long, however. I'm lucky to remember how much people helped me understand my bike, bikes in general, how to ride, how to do fun stuff etc. Seeing people like fellow bf member Sniks give bikes away to kids so they can get into riding, people paying out of their own pockets to help others have a good time... really makes me reconsider those idiotic notions of superiority. Next time I see some noob on a bike I'm going to say hi.
