Examples of tasteful bike porn?

Looking for magazine-worthy examples of photos you've taken of your bike. I'm trying to figure out the best light, angles, distance, etc, to take of my bikes.

Some questions I have for your regular side-view are:
-What height is the best for the camera?
-Do you obscure the drop bar that's furthest away?
-Is the camera at the rear axle, dead center, front axle?
-Do you remove the wireless speed sensor and cadence magnet or just photoshop them out?

What are some other good angles and parts of the bike to take pics of?

Assume the bike's been cleaned, presta valves are hidden, big ring-little cog, etc.
