I bought this product on a fixed income because i need a way to work on almost a daily basis. I rode this bike for over 3 months, more then 25miles a day to and from work. And although it did the job and got me where i needed to go, after the first day i had to turn the seat sideways because of how incredibly uncomfortable it was. Other then that i would say it was a good bike, but if a bike is uncomfortable, most ppl arent likely to continue using it
