Tried on the jersey and it fit great. I really like the full zipper. My other jerseys are part zipper. Material is really nice too.

Opened up the bibs. They do have the strata chamois even though they incorectly list the phantom chamois. I believe the strata is the best chamois that descente offers. This leads me to believe that the team kit they sell might actually be what the team wears. Not sure though. I tried them on but didn't ride yet. The chamois did feel a little bit bulky but only because it is foam and I am used to my cloth like chamois in my other bibs. Still a great chamois and it will most likely wear in a little and soften up. Also the bib material was the most comfortable I have ever felt, as were the straps. Very soft and nice although a little thin. These were a definate good buy.
