Wow! Here I am in the middle of changing the gearing on my rig, and I check the posts to see this. Looks darn familiar ... and nice. I just removed all of the Shimano 600, Super Maxy crank, and butter-smooth 6-speed. don't worry, it's all being saved for a future project. This bike was donated to me after a recent theft of another bike. Changed everything to "touring" gearing, 48/36, nashbar moustaches, bar-end shift, 700c's, etc. The bike rides like a Cadillac, and makes my commute more fun each day. Now I have to get off the net and get this thing done; ride planned for the morning.
