It's not the redband. I like it a lot though. I don't even have a derailleur bike right now, just that one and a single-speed. The only drawback is the shifter, which is really only made to work on a straight bar, but there are other shifter options available. It shifts quickly and smoothly and has a good range. I feel like I need to change my front chain ring though,to a little bit larger size, because I find myself shifting back and forth between certain gears often.

pretty easy to set up though, and maintenance free. I never cared for derailleurs anyway. friction makes me anxious.
