I'm NOT a 50+'r, I am a 65+'r.
By the way, how does someone get to be a "Life Coach?" I need a part-time job.
Of course you know I was posting with my tongue in cheek. We need an emoticon for that.
We had real PE, and intramural sports in Jr. High and elementary school, and no TV during the summer. I rode my bike as long as it wasn't snowing and so did most of my friends. No one went to a psychologist/psychiatrist unless they were very noticeably disturbed.
I agree w/your comment re pharmaceutical companies. What a shame.
You have all the knowledge you need to be a Life Coach, D. I bet you'd be a darned good one, too.
