I did a rough measurement of the distance between the outside of one arm to the other at shoulder level and then rounded it off. I ended up buying a 40cm and the width feels perfect.

As already mentioned, there is no way anyone could tell you what size to purchase, especially based on your height. I say try what I did and see what happens. Might work for you.
