I'm condifent it's not position because I'd had the same pozzy for about 18 years. It happened after I increased my miles and intensity, whilst gaining 10 kilos,
some of which was a
bit of lateralis hypertrophy. I've also been very slack on abs for the last four or five years, so I reckon it's pelvic tilt, femur rotation, too high Q-factor, and all that kind of crap
