If the brooks is as comfortable as people say, well worth the extra .66 of a pound over my current saddle. Plus there are other places I can shave .66 of a pound like my midsection. I won't say cosmetics don't matter, that's why I'm not getting the honey . But with a saddle I'd rather be comfortable and unfashionable. But who knows maybe I'll get the brooks and hate it.

Be sure to use lots of Proofide, and give it lots of time/miles before you give up if it's not comfy right out of the box. It took me about 200 miles before i no longer noticed the seat when I rode. Now, it's awesome.
