Great idea on the front fender. I've been meaning to fab up a little bracket, but I hadn't gotten to it. I like your idea though, I may have to stop by a hardware store and the LBS and pick up the few parts.
Other than that, I think I'm going to pop off the bike pump mount.
Also, what do you think of the wheels? My front one came out of true within the first couple of days of city riding, I'm wondering if it is just sloppy setup from the bike shop or what?
Good call on removing the bike pump. It's a shame to mar such an otherwise sleek bike with a pump.
I like the way it looks without the name badges. I might have to do that to mine.
I haven't had any problems with the wheels, but I've only put about 125 miles on mine so far. Maybe the spoke tension was already off when you got it and that put the wheel out of true in short order? I don't know.
