One thing that helps me is to look forward and not down at the bike. Your body actually knows what to do but your head is confusing it. I try to look at least 2 to 3 lights ahead and I have no problem trackstanding. My biggest issue is finding the sweet spot in traffic but once there no problems, I can stay there all day. Drinking does also help.
