+1 to wds178- It appears that the bike doesn't have gyro tabs on the headtube. (You could work around this; however, with v-brakes, it's probably more trouble than it's worth.) In my shop, we set up bmx v-brakes with a long enough housing to be able to flip the bar 360 without binding. Hope this helps..
