I just got my Motobecane Imortal Force.
Bike arrived in a-1 condition.
I was pleased with the way almost everything was pre-assembled (although I did have the LBS set the bike up and check the lube in the BB etc. It was worth the $$)
About the only issue I had was they had changed out the sturdier (imho)American Classic Victory wheels for Ritchey Pro Vs and were unwilling to enve consider an exchange.
Definitely look at what is comming with the bike because componentry can and does change without much notice, and unless you log on and look up the current configuration of the bike you want you may get it with different components than you wanted.
Seats and Pedals are low end.
I will say: They were concerned with knowing how the bike arrived and did do a followup.
Down side; This is akin to the commercial with the couple doing their taxes with help from one of those store bought kits and he's stuck and she says; Why don't you ask the box for help.
If something goes south you best have a decent relationship with your LBS
