Found it on the post as you said. It starts with NC4 and the hub says 74 2, Both of which indicates it is a 74 year model- I suppose.
It is a nice riding bike, still with original Raleigh tires that are not cracked. Still it is not as smooth as my Dutch Atlas 3 speed.
