No, it isn't a ****pile but it isn't NJS or Keirin and it doesn't have MKS track pedals or Velocity Deep-Vs on it, it is a misrepresentation of the product and that is not how eBay works.

If you bought any other product and it turned out that the seller had lied about it, would you not want your money back? If your answer is no, I have a Keirin, NJS track bike in my backyard with Deep-Vs and MKS track pedals on it that you can buy from me....
