To top it off, he has made a thread on bikeforums bragging on how he profited on a low-end bike. He has received animosity because of his very low-life, scummy practice and misleading description.

He says you have already paid: we would all recommend you DO NOT accept the package and file fraud reports with (presumably) paypal and ebay immediately. Please join us at bikeforums, we want to make sure you don't get ripped.
