Yes you did dude, you might have been careful on wording but by even including the almighty track words within the paragraph you are putting the image in a buyer's mind that this is what he is getting. You are encouraging the buyer to think he is buying something on the Keirin level. Of course the vets will call you out on it but a new fry who has heard of NJS stuff being valuable but has never seen any NJS bikes will think this is the real deal.

In any sense YOU ARE BAMBOOZLING through word connotation and presumption that a buyer can distinguish your dubious slimy intent to raise search presence instead of what a normal person would think, which is that by using NJS and Keirin in the description the product is related to those words. This isn't fawking legalize, but you would stand no chance in small claims court and even a plea to paypal and/or ebay for fraud will have that $600 promptly removed from your account because the malacious intent is so evident.

tl;dr: you are implying false goods and therefore FRAUD through your so called attempt to increase search hits.

oh, and same thing with "Deep V" dood. the normal connotation on the street is to relate "deep v" to the authentic Velocity rim that goes by that name, NOT the aero rim profile shape. By using the term so coloquillaly in a legally-binding description you are holding yourself accountable for misrepresentation. To make it worse, the newbie buyer would believe that he was getting the real Velocity product if he did not recognize the raised lip or go to photobucket and see the alex stickers.
