Yes Ive heard so.. But thats no excuse. Paying the double for a XTR contra XT for how many grams? I think i rather would choose a better wheel, seat, tyres, tubes than have a paid the double for some grams on the shifting system. I*f you cant **** good the bike is wort 25$.
I want the drunk people at Shimano to explain why everthing is more and more **** now or a main representing to Shimano to prove me wrong.. But they cant..
Yeah they could probably hide and say..You want weight reduction..ok. Lets boycott all Shimano parts and go for other brands or maby and old LX or XT at Ebay or SRAM.
