I found the new krypto chains cannot be shortened by locking through interior links. The links are smaller or the shackle is now fatter, as the lock only fits in through the chain ends.

Consequently it kept slipping off my skinny frame. Took me ages to work out how to wear it as a belt, as I thought I was missing something.

My solution was first to use an old toe strap to provide a 'link' where I needed it. Now, I use a fat key ring hoop, which is working great.

Definitely much more comfy wearing the Krypto as a belt than over your shoulder or around your neck.
I have yet to hear anyone mention the "New York Noose".

With the noose you can "choke up" the chain to make it shorter, to fit around your waist. I have the 5 foot New York Noose, which Kryptonite doesn't seem to be offering anymore, I don't wear it around my waist. It's too uncomfortable, with the heavy metal chain digging into my waist. But I used to wrap it around my body, kind of like a messenger bag, and use the noose to choke up the chain to obtain a comfortable fit.
