Ok, I moved it -- sorry.

I've been out of the gym scene for ages, but I wonder what 30 or 40 reps is gunna
do for you that you couldn't achieve on the bike.

I thought cyclists worked mostly on strength, and only really in the "off" season.

I've read some of the weight training threads (not thouroughly), and I really
don't how some of these guys can do leg weights during a racing season.
Maybe it's because they're 21, and not thirty-_____.......well, my age
