+1 on your historical research of the phrase," pound sand".
We can no longer pound sand in Ohio due to the infestation of Zebra mussels in Lake Erie sand from the ballast tanks of Ruskie tramp steamers cruising the Great Lakes.
Best of luck to "replacement frame Ron" and we,ll continue to pound salt in Ohio till Specialized makes things right.
