My daughter has decided she would like a road bike to ride through the hills with her Mom!
Today we tried her out on the road bikes we have. My Trek 5000 WSD 51cm is too small. Her dad's Trek 5200 60cm is too big. So I'm thinking I need to get her a new one for her birthday. I'm not sure I want to start on the expensive Treks for a kid who's still growing, and who hasn't started riding hills yet. The LBS we got our bikes from carries Trek, Bianci, Orbea, Time, Serotta, and Scott. They don't list prices, are any of those in the $700 range? Any other suggestions?
