nah, its easy to find forks and all sorts of older **** in the bike shop. we have a bin in the attic of older mtb forks with 1 inch threaded steerer tubes. the thing is i just wanted someone who had one to tell me what they used so i had an idea (brand and model wise) of what a certain fork was like. but me and my fickle mind decided to scrap the idea of barspins for now. theres loads of things i can try and learn that dont need the barspinability of a bike. tonight when i was out trying tricks and **** i realized just how many things i cant do that dont need barspinnnyness- hell, i can only do a backwards circle sometimes and a wheelie for no more than fifty feet and my bunnyhops leave a lot (height) to be desired, im only somewhat good at skids and trackstands. so next year, when i come home from college for the summer ill just step it up and get either a whole gangsta track bike or just a steamroller or similar bike that would be compatible with a gangsta fork.
